Eleven Literature & Composition students in grades 7 and 8, under Teacher Amy Gallagher, received awards in the “Why Mom Deserves a Diamond” writing contest, winning gemstones for their mothers from the Gallery of Diamonds Jewelers in Santa Ana. These students read their winning entries and presented their mothers with the gemstones in February 2025.
