Each year, OCSA graduates are recruited by the nation’s top universities and arts conservatory programs, including: Art Center College of Design, Berklee College of Music, Boston Conservatory, California Institute of the Arts, Columbia University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, The Juilliard School, New York University, Stanford University, University of California, Berkeley, University of California, Los Angeles, University of Southern California, Yale University, and many others.
In 2018, 99 percent of OCSA’s graduating class was accepted into institutions of higher education and they collectively were offered more than $15 million in scholarships.
More specifically:
- 82 percent are attending a four-year college program.
- 14 percent are attending a two-year college or conservatory program.
- 4 percent are heading directly into the workforce or taking a gap year.
Our student artists apply to and enroll in colleges/universities that reflect their individual interests and strengths. OCSA continues to launch the careers of some of today’s most successful artists, academicians, and entrepreneurs.
