Between Monday, July 10 and Monday, July 31, 2023, reserve a day/time for your On-Campus Registration appointment. You will also be able to purchase student items such as a yearbook, school pictures, student transportation, student parking permit, rent a student locker, and sign up or renew Encore and/or PSO memberships. Senior packages will also be available for purchase.


Please complete the following steps in the order listed:

STEP 1A (REQUIRED): Complete Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations and print your child’s Emergency Card, which will be accessible once all data confirmation sections have been completed.

How to Access the Emergency Card: Once you have fully completed Online Registration in Aeries, click on "Data Confirmation" and then on “Final Data Confirmation”. Click on the "Print New Emergency Card" button at the bottom in order to download and print the Emergency Card.

STEP 1B (REQUIRED): Review the Student-Parent Handbook in the Documents section of Aeries Data Confirmation. Please print, and sign the Student-Parent Handbook Signature page on the final page of the Student-Parent Handbook.

Please bring your child’s signed Emergency Card and Student-Parent Handbook Signature page with you when you check in at your On-Campus Registration appointment.

STEP 2 (REQUIRED): Select a day and time on the MySchoolBucks site for your On-Campus Registration appointment.

STEP 3: Purchase student items from the OCSA Student Store on the MySchoolBucks site.

STEP 4: Purchase student transportation, if applicable.

STEP 5: Join/rejoin an OCSA parent organization.


Step 1A: Complete Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations (REQUIRED) - Go to https://familysis.ocsarts.net

Please direct any questions about Aeries to OCSA Tech Support at techsupport@csarts.net or at  714-560-0900 ext. 4900. OCSA Tech support is available Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Parents/guardians must review and update student/parent data, complete authorizations, and must print their child’s Emergency Card at the end of Data Confirmation.  
How to Access the Emergency Card: Once you have fully completed online registration in Aeries, click on "Data Confirmation" and then  on “Final Data Confirmation”. Click on the "Print New Emergency Card" button at the bottom in order to download and print the Emergency Card to bring to On-Campus Registration.

Step 1B: Review the Student-Parent Handbook in the Documents section of Aeries Data Confirmation (REQUIRED). Review, print, and sign the Student-Parent Handbook Signature page.

As a reminder, all students must have the signed Emergency Card and Student-Parent Handbook Signature page with you when you check-in at your on-campus registration appointment. Students may not proceed through on-campus registration without these two documents.


Step 2: Select a Day/Time to do On-Campus Registration (REQUIRED) on the  MySchoolBucks site 

Dates: Tuesday, Aug. 8, Wednesday, Aug. 9 and Thursday, Aug. 10

Daily Time Slots: 8:30 a.m., 9 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.

  • Only one RSVP (ticket) per student is needed, do not add a ticket for a parent.

  • On-Campus Registration consists of obtaining class schedules, taking Yearbook/ID photos, and textbook checkout. Students who do not attend On-Campus Registration will not receive school ID cards until September 20 or 21, 2023.

    • Purchase school pictures from Lifetouch Photography here.

  • A "stand-by" option is also available, choose this option only if you are unable to select a specific day/time slot.

  • Parents/students who are not able to attend On-Campus Registration may have a family member/friend with a note come at their reserved appointment date/time and complete the process for them.

  • Families unable to attend On-Campus Registration at all should select the On-Campus Registration stand-by option in order to purchase student items. On the first day of school, students can pick up their class schedule in the Student Services Office and their books during the first week of school in the second floor bookroom. Photo make-up days are scheduled on Wednesday, Sept. 20 and Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023.

NOTE:  New Student Orientation (New students and their parents/guardians ONLY) - To minimize your time/commute, consider selecting your On-Campus Registration appointment on the same day as your scheduled orientation. New Student Orientations will be held from 1:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. on the following days (No RSVP Required):

  • Middle School Students (grades 7-8)  - Wednesday, Aug. 9

  • High School Students (grades 9-12) - Thursday, Aug. 10

Check in will be at the RED Gates on the Sycamore Street side of the Dance, Music, and Science Centers (DMS) Building.


Step 3: Purchase Student Items from our Student Store on the MySchoolBucks site

  • Student Items* - Parking Permits, Lockers, Yearbooks, Senior Packages

  • Senior Discount Packages - (Class of 2024 a la carte items are also available for purchase)

    • Package A: Grad Night, Yearbook, Cap and Gown, Panoramic Class Photo, T-Shirt, and a Class Ring - a savings of $189

    • Package B: Grad Night, Yearbook, Cap and Gown, Panoramic Class Photo, and T-Shirt - a savings of $58 (no class ring)

    • Senior packages must be purchased by Monday, October 2, 2023 at 8:59 a.m.

  • Renew your Encore and PSO memberships. 

  • Student Testing* - PSAT (Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023) / Practice ACT (Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023) - Grades 10 and 11. Go to MySchoolBucks

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that holds will be placed for On-Campus Registration if the following are not completed and/or not submitted prior to registration:

  • Payment of outstanding textbook fines from the prior school year

  • Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorization Completion

  • New Students ONLY: Final semester report card/transcript, birth certificate, and/or immunization record as required by the State of California
