ONLINE REGISTRATION 2020-2021

Between Monday, July 13 and Friday, July 31, all families should complete Online Registration. During this online session, select items will be available for purchase, including yearbooks, senior packages and parking permits. This is also a great time for new and returning parents/guardians to join Encore and/or PSO, two of OCSA's fantastic support groups!

Please note: In a typical year, families would select an appointment for On-Campus Registration during the Online Registration process. This year, however, we are still developing a safe and efficient system for On-Campus Registration. A detailed plan will be communicated with all families in the coming weeks, so please stay tuned.


Please complete the following steps in the order listed:

STEP 1: Complete Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations (REQUIRED) - Please note that parents will need their child's seven-digit ID to complete this and in order to proceed to Step 2 and Step 3.  

STEP 2: Complete the Required Documents for Registration Form (REQUIRED)

STEP 3: Purchase Student Items from the OCSA Student Store on the MySchoolBucks site

STEP 4: Join/Rejoin an OCSA Parent Organization

 


Step 1: Complete Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations (REQUIRED) - Go to https://familysis.ocsarts.net

Please direct any questions about Aeries to OCSA Tech Support at techsupport@ocsarts.net or at  714.560.0900 ext 4900. OCSA Tech support is available Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Parents must review and update student/parent data and complete authorizations.

 


Step 2: Complete Required Documents for Registration Form (REQUIRED) - Go to https://forms.gle/sCz54aBPLnJufTdm8

Students and parents should electronically sign to acknowledge that they have read the Student/Parent Handbook and OCSA’s Tobacco and Drug-Free Campus Policy.  

 


Step 3: Purchase Student Items from our Student Store on the MySchoolBucks site at https://www.myschoolbucks.com/.

  • Student Items* - Parking Permits, Yearbooks, Senior Packages

  • Senior Discount Packages (PDF Flyer) - Class of 2021 packages and a la cart items are available for purchase on the MySchoolBucks site at https://www.myschoolbucks.com/

    • Package A: Grad Night, Yearbook, Cap & Gown, Panoramic Class Photo, T-shirt, & a Class Ring - a savings of $175

    • Package B: Grad Night, Yearbook, Cap & Gown, Panoramic Class Photo, & T-shirt - a savings of $74 (no class ring)

Step 4: Join/Rejoin an OCSA Parent Organization

  • For PSO Memberships and PSO Member discount packages, which includes membership, student planner, and logoed merchandise (all orders are fulfilled by OCSA PSO), please visit http://www.ocsapso.org/store.html.

  • For Encore Memberships, or for more information, please visit https://www.ocsarts.net/joinencore.
    Encore is a social opportunity to interact with families from other conservatories and administrators, while experiencing all that OCSA has to offer!

 


IMPORTANT: Please be advised that holds will be placed for student schedules if the following are not completed and/or not submitted prior to registration:

  • Payment of outstanding textbook fines from the prior school year

  • Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations

  • Required Electronic Signatures for Student/Parent Handbook and OCSA's Tobacco and Drug-Free Policy Signature Page

  • New Students ONLY: Final Semester Report Card/Transcript, Birth Certificate, and/or Immunization record as required by the State of California
