Between Thursday, July 12 and Sunday, July 29, 2018, reserve a day/time for your On-Campus Registration appointment. You will also be able to purchase student items such as a yearbook, student transportation, student parking permit, rent a student locker, and sign up or renew your Encore and PSO memberships.

Please complete the following steps in the order listed:
STEP 1: Complete Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations (REQUIRED)
STEP 2: Select a Day/Time on the OCSA Box Office to do On-Campus Registration (REQUIRED)
STEP 3: Purchase Student Items from our Student Store on the OCSA Box Office
STEP 4: Purchase Student Transportation
STEP 5: Join/Rejoin an OCSA Parent Organization

Step 1: Complete Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations (REQUIRED) - Go to
Please direct any questions about Aeries to OCSA Tech Support at or at  714-560-0900, ext 4900. OCSA Tech support is available Monday-Friday from 6 am to 3 pm.

Parents must review and update student/parent data and complete authorizations. In addition, please download, print, and complete the required documents listed below from the Aeries portal and bring to your selected On-Campus Registration appointment.

Required documents you MUST bring to your selected On-Campus Registration appointment:

  • Student/Parent Handbook Signature Page [Print out from Aeries data confirmation above]

  • Student Emergency Card [Print out from Aeries data confirmation above]

  • Receipt of any items/merchandise purchased from the Box Office Student Store

Step 2: Select a Day/Time to do On-Campus Registration (REQUIRED) at
Dates: Tuesday, August 7th-Thursday, August 9th/Available Daily Time Slots: 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 10:30 am, & 11:30 am.

  • Only one RSVP (ticket) per student is needed, do not add a ticket for parent.

  • On-Campus Registration consists of obtaining class schedules, taking ID photos, and textbook checkout.

  • Parents/Students who are not able to attend On-Campus Registration may have a family member/friend with a note come at their reserved appointment date/time and complete the process for them.

  • A "stand-by" option is also available, choose this option only if you are unable to select a specific day/time slot.

  • If a family is unable to attend On-Campus registration you may select On-Campus Registration stand-by option (Select Stand-By Option on the last day - August 9th) and purchase all student items, then on the first day of school students can get their books & class schedule, and etc. Photo make-up days are scheduled on Wednesday, August 29th and Thursday, August 30th.

NOTE:  New Student Orientation (New students and their parents/guardians ONLY) - To minimize your time/commute, consider selecting your On-Campus Registration appointment on the same day as your scheduled orientation. New Student Orientations will be held from 1:30 - 3:00 pm on the following days (No RSVP Required):

  • Middle School Students (7th and 8th)  - Wednesday, August 8th

  • High School Students (9th-12th) - Thursday, August 9th 

Check in will be at the main entrance [glass doors] of the Dance, Music, and Science Centers [DMS] Building.

Please Note, the following items will need to be completed before starting On-Campus Registration:

  • If you have any outstanding fees related to a lost textbooks these can be be paid at,

  • If you have an outstanding fees related to the repair or replacement of a student’s PC they can be paid at

  • If your 2018-2019 Parent Funding Agreement (PFA)  has not yet been submitted.

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that potential holds may be placed for On-Campus Registration if the following are not completed and/or not submitted prior to registration:

  • Parent Funding Agreement (PFA) for the current school year.

  • Payment of outstanding textbook fines from the prior school year.

  • New Students ONLY: Final Semester Report Card/Transcript, Birth Certificate, and/or Immunization record as required by the State of California.

  • Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations.

  • Required Aeries forms (not turned in at On Campus Registration):

If you are a new parent/student, before you can register for on-campus registration you need to login and choose a password for your OCSA Box Office account. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to

  2. Click on Sign In in the top Right hand corner.

  3. Enter your email address in the User Name box, (do not click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button – you shoule already in the system).

  4. A prompt will appear saying a link was sent to your email address.

  5. By following the link you will be able to set a new password.

  6. You are now logged in and can proceed to On-Campus Registration at
