Between Monday, July 8 and Sunday, July 28, 2019, reserve a day/time for your On-Campus Registration appointment. You will also be able to purchase student items such as a yearbook, schools pictures, student transportation, student parking permit, rent a student locker, and sign up or renew your Encore and PSO memberships. Senior packages will also be available for purchase.
Please complete the following steps in the order listed:
STEP 1: Complete Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations (REQUIRED) - Please note that parents will need their child's seven-digit ID to complete this and in order to proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2: Select a Day/Time on the MySchoolBucks site to do On-Campus Registration (REQUIRED)
STEP 3: Purchase Student Items from the OCSA Student Store on the MySchoolBucks site
STEP 4: Purchase Student Transportation
STEP 5: Join/Rejoin an OCSA Parent Organization
Step 1: Complete Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations (REQUIRED) - Go to https://familysis.ocsarts.net
Please direct any questions about Aeries to OCSA Tech Support at email@example.com or at 714-560-0900, ext 4900. OCSA Tech support is available Monday-Friday from 6 am to 3 pm.
Parents must review and update student/parent data and complete authorizations. In addition, please download, print, and complete the required documents listed below from the Aeries portal and bring to your selected On-Campus Registration appointment.

Student/Parent Handbook Signature Page (Print out from Aeries data confirmation above)
Student Emergency Card (Print out from Aeries data confirmation above)
OCSA's Tobacco and Drug-Free Campus Policy and Signature Page (Print out from Aeries data confirmation above)
Step 2: Select a Day/Time to do On-Campus Registration (REQUIRED) on the MySchoolBucks site at https://www.myschoolbucks.com/
Dates: Tuesday, August 6-Thursday, August 8
Daily Time Slots: 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 10:30 am, & 11:30 am
Only one RSVP (ticket) per student is needed (Parents do not need a ticket)
On-Campus Registration consists of obtaining class schedules, taking Yearbook/ID photos, and textbook checkout
A "stand-by" option is also available, choose this option only if you are unable to select a specific day/time slot.
Parents/Students who are not able to attend On-Campus Registration may have a family member/friend with a note come at their reserved appointment date/time and complete the process for them.
Families unable to attend On-Campus registration at all should select the On-Campus Registration stand-by option in order to purchase student items. Then, on the first day of school, students can pick up their class schedule in Student Services and their books during the first week of school in the second floor book room. Photo make-up days are scheduled on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 and Thursday, August 29, 2019.
NOTE: New Student Orientation (New students and their parents/guardians ONLY) - To minimize your time/commute, consider selecting your On-Campus Registration appointment on the same day as your scheduled orientation. New Student Orientations will be held from 1:30 - 3 pm on the following days (No RSVP Required):
Middle School Students (7th and 8th) - Wednesday, August 7, 2019
High School Students (9th-12th) - Thursday, August 8, 2019
Check in will be at the Webb Theatre (801 N. Main Street, Santa Ana, 92701)

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that holds will be placed for On-Campus Registration if the following are not completed and/or not submitted prior to registration:
Parent Funding Agreement (PFA) for the current school year
Payment of outstanding textbook fines from the prior school year
Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations
Required Aeries forms that must be brought to On Campus Registration:
- New Students ONLY: Final Semester Report Card/Transcript, Birth Certificate, and/or Immunization record as required by the State of California
