Visit the Visual Arts Conservatory’s Pumpkin Auction

Friday, Oct. 13 - Wednesday, Oct. 18

Each year, the Visual Arts Conservatory hosts its Painted Pumpkin Auction that showcases incredible artworks created from artificial pumpkins. Students and faculty use these pumpkins as their canvas, creating masterful designs with themes ranging from cute and magical to downright frightening! Pumpkins will be displayed in the Tower lobby and will be available for auction!

Attend Creative Writing’s Scarefest

Wednesday, Oct. 25

Scarefest is an annual event hosted by the Creative Writing Conservatory. Prior to the Oct. 26 event, students are given about 48 hours to write an original play using randomized prompts. Student actors then have to quickly memorize lines and perform the plays on stage in Symphony Hall. Be sure to attend Scarefest to experience the spontaneity of a last-minute script and performance. Tickets are available at the Box Office

Get Scared at the Production & Design and Arts & Enterprise Halloween Maze

Thursday, Oct. 26 - Monday, Oct 30

Get in the spirit of Halloween by taking a stroll through a spooky “Zombicalypse” maze by students from the Production & Design Conservatory! The maze will be open in the Tower Studio Theatre from Oct. 26 through Oct. 30. Ticket information will be available soon!
