Orange County School of the Arts Students announced as YoungArts Award Winners in the 2024 National YoungArts Competition

More than 20 Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) students were announced as YoungArts Award and YoungArts Award with Distinction winners in the 2024 National Arts Competition. Winners are selected by an esteemed panel of artists through a formal, rigorous judging process in each specific discipline—classical music, dance, design, film, jazz, photography, theater, visual arts, voice and writing.

YoungArts Award winners are recognized with a monetary award, creative and professional support and access to YoungArts Post, a private network of YoungArts artists.

YoungArts Award with Distinction recipients are invited to attend the intensive National YoungArts Week to participate in workshops and classes with high-caliber artists. These students are also eligible for up to $10,000 in financial awards and a nomination for the U.S. Presidential Scholars Program based on further evaluation of their artistic work.
