Become a Camp OCSA Counselor

Do you want to share your talents with other children from the community? Become a Camp OCSA counselor and make an impact on the lives of aspiring young artists! Camp OCSA offers after-school arts training workshops free of charge for 500 underserved Santa Ana students in grades 4-6 each year. This unique program provides hands-on classes in dance, acting, singing, guitar, creative writing, and painting/drawing. Classes are held on Tuesday nights from 5:30 - 7:30 PM for 10 weeks in the fall on the OCSA campus.

Camp OCSA invites current OCSA students in grades 10-12 to be part of this amazing program by becoming a Camp OCSA counselor. This is a great opportunity for OCSA students to give back to the community, share their talents, and earn volunteer hours. Don’t miss out on this fun and rewarding opportunity!

Donate Your Voice Today!

VocaliD Voice Drive

Have you heard about OCSA's ongoing VocaliD voice drive?  Did you miss the informational session?  Don't worry - it's not too late for you to be part of the effort to donate your voice to a person with impaired speech.  For those with impaired speech, identity is often defined by a generic computerized voice. A VocaliD voice allows a person living with voicelessness to reclaim their vocal identity. Using cutting-edge technology, VocaliD blends a volunteer’s speech recordings with the sounds that a voice recipient can still make to create a digital voice that is as clear as a contributed voice while unique to the recipient.

Recycling at OCSA

Did you know that OCSA recycles paper, as well as cans and bottles? OCSA has partnered with My Recycler to go green! All proceeds from recycables go to Project Hope Alliance to help combat child homelessness in Orange County. Green Bins in classrooms are for paper, and the Blue Bins in classrooms are for cans and bottles!
