REGISTRATION FOR THE 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR

For the first time, OCHSA students will complete their registration for the following school year online.  This process will enable students and families to complete the bulk of registration at home, and only complete a few steps on campus during the week of August 19 – 22.

Effective July 1st, all returning and new students who turned in a completed Parent Funding Contract were mailed instructions regarding the online registration process.  Any returning or new student who did turn in the Parent Funding Contract, but did not receive their instructions via mail should contact student.registration@ocsarts.net.  Any student whose Parent Funding Contract was not returned to OCHSA’s Business office and plans on returning to OCHSA for the fall should contact Becky Parsons at becky.parsons@ocsarts.net or (714) 560-0900, extension 5535.

Example:  Seniors can register beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, July 7.  Then, at 12.01 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, Juniors and Seniors can register, etc.

Students who have not registered by the August 1, 2008 deadline will have to register at school in the IMMRC computer lab during the Registration week of August 19 – 22 (8:30AM – 11:30PM). Their schedule will not be confirmed and they will not be able to take their ID picture or pick up textbooks until they have completed the online registration.
