Application
for the 2008-09 School Year
Applications should be submitted as
soon as possible, as auditions will be in February and March. Any
applications received after the March audition slots are filled
will be held in reserve until after registration in April. We
will contact late applicants in May if any openings remain. If you

The Application Forms are in Microsoft Word and PDF
formats. PDF files require the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you
have the Acrobat Reader already installed on your PC, click
on the application form(s). You may then read or print them. If
you don't have the Acrobat Reader, you may download it by
clicking on the button below: After you download it, you must
install it on your PC.
