Registration & Refund Policies (revised 6/3/10)
WHO MAY REGISTER:
Classes are open to the general public for students in grades 3 through 12.
FEES:
Class fees include most materials and supplies. Students must provide their own dance shoes if necessary. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee.
CANCELED CLASSES:
A minimum of 10 enrolled students is required to hold a class. A class may be canceled if the class enrolled minimum is not reached up to three business days before start of the class. You may transfer to another class and transfer the fees from the canceled class if you do so within two days of the cancelation.
REFUNDS:
If a class is canceled by the OCHSA Foundation for any reason, a full refund will automatically be processed within 2-3 business days of the cancellation.
Refunds can be requested by participants up to three business days BEFORE the start date of the class and are subject to a $75 PER CLASS DROP FEE. NO REFUNDS will be issued thereafter. REFUND POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
