OPPORTUNITY DRAWING GUIDELINES - A DAY WITH MATTHEW
Drawing will take place at Gala 2011 on March 19, 2011 – Hyatt Regency Irvine. The winners will be announced at the time and place of drawing. Winner need not be present to win.
Prize is transferable but may not be sold. No refunds of donations or substitutions for prize. Winner is subject to Federal and State income tax for the value of the prize. By entering, entrants release Presenter and its members, directors, agents, employees, donors and other related entities from any and all liability with respect to the prize. No purchase is necessary. The Presenter does request a donation of $10 per entry to benefit the Orange County High School of the Arts Foundation, a charitable organization under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This donation is not tax deductible. Free tickets defeat the charitable fundraising purpose of the event and are not encouraged. TAX ID #33-0377341.
